Operated by PassOnward LLC ("PassOnward," "we," "us," or "our"). This program sends recurring
automated text messages to clients who have explicitly opted in at the time of account registration.
Messages are service-related and are sent to assist you in completing your digital estate plan and
to keep you informed about your account status.

We do not send promotional or marketing messages to numbers enrolled in this program. All messages are directly related to services you have purchased or requested.
You opt in to receive SMS messages from PassOnward by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during account registration at passonward.com/portal-register.html. Consent is voluntary — providing a phone number is not required to create an account or use our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may receive up to 4 messages per month, typically fewer. Messages are sent only when there is a relevant update or reminder related to your account.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages will be sent to that number. You may also contact us at hello@passonward.com to request removal from our SMS list.

PassOnward LLC does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your wireless provider for details. SMS/MMS is available on most US carriers. Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, and Metro PCS.
Your phone number and SMS consent status are stored securely and used solely for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
PassOnward reserves the right to update these SMS Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.
